The hotel is super clean. Staff are professional and kind. The security is very good. The location and view are amazing in front of Jubail Cornish. It's almost minutes from Jubail city and Jubail airport and about half an hour from the heart of the industrial city. If you are group of people make sure to be accommodated in the same floor or to get cards from the reception to allow you visit each other as the elevator only opens at your floor.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton Garden Inn. Facilities and amenities are all great. All staff are welcoming and approachable, especially Mr. Ayyaf and Mr. Abdulrahman in reception, a score of 1000/10 for their hard work and workmanship. Keep up the good work Sir’s. 👍 I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This is 2nd time but reception staffers are remember my last stay and it was good to see them and stay this hotel again. Service itself is good and introduced my guest from Japan, too

Very early breakfast even earlier than said in reception allowed to begin morning work earlier in more comfortable temperature range as I traveled in hottest period in August. Helpfull personnel organized taxi to Dammam airport.
